[postgis] Logo

Jeff's girlfriend is an artist and has given us a logo for PostGIS. If
anyone else is artistic and can meld the words 'PostGIS' and 'Geographic
Objects for PostgreSQL' nicely with the logo picture it would probably
be better than what I currently have on the front page...
