[postgis-users] Spatial database book

Have not read it, but I did correspond with Agnes Voisard briefly last
year, to tell her about PostGIS. The book pre-dates PostGIS, so the
discussion of PostgreSQL is geared to the native geometric types.
Perhaps a new version will include PostGIS information. :)
