[postgis-users] SuSE 8.0 spec file/RPM

The attached spec file can be used to build a PostGIS RPM (tested
with SuSE 8.0).

I can also provide the RPM but don't have a website at hand to
publish.

It would be nice to have the spec file included in the PostGIS souces.
